Develop, Elevate, and Empower Program (DEEP) – 8-Month eLearning Initiative
Program Overview
IndyCREW is launching an 8-month eLearning initiative in partnership with CultureAlly, designed to equip 15 members with foundational and advanced training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Participants will complete interactive learning modules on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, cultural competency, allyship, and psychological safety. Upon completion, members will receive a Certificate of Completion from CultureAlly | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting & Training
Program Goals
Provide structured DEI education to IndyCREW members
Create a peer-driven learning experience with monthly discussion sessions
Build a culture of inclusion and leadership within commercial real estate
Strengthen networking and collaboration among participants
Program Structure & Timline
Participant Commitment & Benefits
15 members selected from IndyCREW will complete the program
Participants will spend 1-2 hours per month on self-paced learning
Monthly virtual or in-person discussion groups will be hosted to share insights
Certification from CultureAlly upon completion
Program Enrollment & Sign-Up Process
Application Period: Members will be invited to apply for the program through an online form
Selection Process: 15 participants will be chosen based on engagement and commitment to DEI
Onboarding & Access: Participants will receive login credentials from CultureAlly
Learning Begins: Members will complete their first module and join the kickoff discussion
