Up and Comer Award

Established in 2013, the Up and Comer Award is intended to honor and recognize one Associate Member of IndyCREW each year who has shown the traits of PARTICIPATION, NETWORKING and ENTHUSIASM for IndyCREW.  An Associate Member is a member that has less than five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate. 

Past recipients include Brandi Floyd (2013), Erin Dettwiler (2014), Wendy Creech (2015), Michelle Jarvis (2016), Leah Stanton (2017), Leah Fantin (2018), Kassie Green (2019), Pilar Cuadra (2020), and Kristin Hornberger (2021).
